SQroot.eu blog will be closed to all visitors for 24h on Wednesday, January 18. The blackout is part of several hundred similar protests, including some internet giants like Wikipedia and Reddit.
The protests aim to draw attention to the SOPA and PIPA legalization acts that would seriously alter the Internet as we know it today.
Visitors arriving to the site will be redirected to an informational page about SOPA.
